Refund policy
If MenuFlashcards isn't right for you, we want sorting out a refund to be simple. This page explains your options under EU and Dutch consumer law and through the App Store. MenuFlashcards is operated by VP0; you can always reach us at support@vp0.com.
Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of a digital service, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day of purchase. To use it, email us at support@vp0.com from the address on your account, and we will refund you in full.
Digital content you start using right away
If you ask to start using paid digital content or a subscription immediately, and you confirm that doing so means you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once we begin, then the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as Dutch and EU law allow. We make this clear at the point of purchase.
Purchases through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing and refunds under its own policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help you find the right reference, just email support@vp0.com.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, email support@vp0.com within a reasonable time and we will try to make it right.
